Due to changes in payment summary requirements, all Sybiz Visipay users must upgrade to version 15.20 in order to successfully complete their end of financial year processing. The latest updates to SFSS and HELP scales will also be released shortly to all users.
We also highly recommend you also test your backup and restore procedures. Backups have always been critical to securing your data in the event of unexpected technical problems, but cryptolockers and other cyberattacks present an increasing risk.
