Each year, Sybiz chooses which of our Business Partners has provided the most Outstanding Customer Service experience throughout the year, presenting them the Judith Leefson Shield, named in honour of one of the longest serving and dedicated members of our team.
This year the Shield has been awarded to Groupsupport.
Taking home both 1st place in sales and the Customer Service Shield is a testament to Groupsupport's commitment to addressing the need of customers across Australia with outstanding care and efficiency. Groupsupport has worked closely with Sybiz teams throughout 2016 to ensure their customers receive comprehensive advice and support, and we are proud to award them both honours this year.
