was the first step in preparing our customers for compliance. In the coming months, we will be releasing further updates that will continue to lay the groundwork for managing Single Touch Payroll.
The lead up to 1 July 2018 will be an opportunity for all Australian businesses to review their payroll processes and data integrity.
For example, businesses with irregular or ad hoc payroll processes will find Single Touch Payroll more complicated than those with very structured payroll processes. Businesses with incomplete or improperly formatted payroll data will also face complications when they begin processing through Single Touch Payroll.
