Due to the timing of the Australian federal election proposed changes to the tax scales for 2016/17 were not passed in time for 1 July 2016.
The relevant changes have now been confirmed and the 2016/17 tax scales will take effect from 1 October 2016.
Sybiz Visipay users will find these tax scales will have already automatically downloaded, and will be applied once you roll into the October period. If you have not yet rolled over into the October period, you can confirm the tax scales are available by hovering over the notification in the top right corner of the Sybiz Visipay window.
