Sybiz recommends consulting your Authorised Business Partner about upgrading to ensure any additional integrations or customisations are compatible. Also, version 17 will not work with old versions of operating systems (Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Server 2003) and Microsoft SQL Server (2008/2008R2) - if uncertain consult your Authorised Business Partner prior to upgrading.
Depending on your current version of Sybiz Vision and Sybiz Visipay, you may see a notification that version 17.00 of your software is now available to download. This is the same approach used for minor releases throughout the year. Download sizes will be similar to minor releases.
If you do not see the option to download directly from your software, you can download Version 17.00 via the link in our email bulletin to all customers.
Clicking the What's New button on the log on window will direct you to a comprehensive list of enhancements in this latest release.
This is an especially critical release due to a number of technical and legislative changes that will affect many of our customers. If you are a Sybiz Visipay user, this release will be particularly instrumental in preparing for Single Touch Payroll.
Sybiz Vision Classic and VSM version 12.90 will also be available by download only.
