How to upgrade

Each Sybiz release is different from the last and can include new features, enhancements, fixes and improvements that may affect the way you use your solution. This can include breaking changes and other important information you need to be aware of before upgrading. 

Sybiz recommends consulting your Authorised Business Partner about upgrading to ensure any additional integrations or customisations are compatible.

How to upgrade to the latest version

Sybiz strongly recommends that you involve your Sybiz Authorised Business Partner to assist in the upgrade process.

When the web update is made available to customers, you will see a notification that a new version of your software is now available to download on your login window once it is released. You may also need to upgrade your database. 

Clicking the What's New button on this window will direct you to a comprehensive list of enhancements in this latest release. This process is the same for Sybiz Vision and Sybiz Visipay.
