Single Touch Payroll (STP) is here and all employers must submit information about every pay run through STP from 1 July 2019 unless an exemption or deferral has been granted. The next stage of STP (Phase 2) has been announced by the ATO and is mandated to come into effect on 1 January 2022.

STP compliance in Sybiz Visipay

All Australian employers are required to report through Single Touch Payroll from 1 July 2019, unless a deferral has been granted. As many discovered, upgrading your solution as early as possible puts you in the best position to ready your business.

STP Phase 2 will be coming to Australia from 1 January 2022. There are a few things you can start thinking about now to get ready for Single Touch Payroll Phase 2.
