The Import Cost module by SPNet
allows a single or multiple purchase orders in Sybiz Vision to be combined into a shipment. Freight, insurance, customs and other user defined costs can then be applied to the shipment. These costs can be apportioned over the shipment by value, quantity, weight, volume or percentage. The shipment can be tracked and processed on arrival. The module allows you to also analyse margins based on current selling prices and the new landed cost of the items being received.

It also allows for an advance dispatch notification to be emailed to the customer. It simplifies the task for the warehouse staff by loading the delivery address, special instructions and other details directly from the Sybiz Vision sales order. It also provides a consistent interface when dealing with multiple freight companies.
The Scan Pack module by SPNet
is used to streamline the process of checking the inventory before being dispatched to customers from the warehouse. It allows stock on selected sales orders in Sybiz Vision to be scanned to ensure the correct products and correct quantities are being delivered.
