  • I need technical support who should I speak to?

    The best place to start is with your Sybiz Authorised Business Partner. If you are unsure who this is, please contact Sybiz BusinessCare.

  • What is the latest version of the software?
    If you are on the latest major release of your Sybiz Vision or Sybiz Visipay software, you can see the version number and any available web updates in the licensing section of your login screen or you can see the latest version on the what's new page for Sybiz Vision and Sybiz Visipay.
  • How do I upgrade my Sybiz software to the next version?

    We always recommend your Sybiz Authorised Business Partner performs upgrades and reinstallations, as they are trained in all aspects of our software and your specific configurations.

  • When does my software license need renewing?

    The login window of Sybiz Vision, Sybiz Visipay and Sybiz Genesis displays your current licence expiration date and time remaining until your licence needs renewing. In the weeks prior to your licence expiring, the expiry information text will turn red and you will receive audio notification.

    For customers using Sybiz Vision Classic, in the weeks prior to your licence expiring you will receive a notification each time you log in to your software informing you of the days remaining until your licence needs renewing.

  • I have paid my SybizCover renewal and I need to unlock my software, what do I do?

    For the SQL products please go to the login screen and click 'Licensing', then select 'Request/Renew'. Then click 'Yes' on the pop up window asking if you wish to renew. Click 'Submit'.

    For Sybiz Vision Classic, please go to your login screen and click 'Unlock Vision'. Then go to the pending unlock tab and click 'Unlock Software'.

    For Sybiz Vision Service Manager (VSM), please login as the System Manager. Then log into a company, go to File, Unlock, and select 'Web Unlock'.

    If you experience any difficulties, please contact Sybiz BusinessCare.

  • I cannot unlock my Sybiz software via the web, what should I do?

    If the web unlock service is unavailable you should be given the option to print or email the unlock request. Sybiz can then generate the unlock code and send it back to you.

  • What is SybizCover? What are the benefits?

    SybizCover and SybizCover Plus are our software annual licence programs to enable continued use of the software. SybizCover entitles you to a number of additional benefits, including:

    Software updates
    Product upgrades and updates at no extra cost, including those addressing legislation changes.

    Support for your Sybiz Authorised Business Partner
    Personalised technical support for your Authorised Business Partner.

    No unlock service fees
    Unlock your software for any reason other than annual registration at no extra charge. For example, when reinstalling your Sybiz software on another workstation.

    A monthly e Newsletter that provides you with news, advice, latest features and timesaving shortcuts.

  • How do I update my contact details with Sybiz?

    You can contact your local BusinessCare team during normal business hours by phone or you can contact us via our website at any time. Simply let us know the information you wish to update.

    The BusinessCare team are your first point of contact when communicating with Sybiz. BusinessCare manage SybizCover, software unlocks and other general enquiries from customers and Business Partners.

  • How do I contact Sybiz BusinessCare?

    Sybiz BusinessCare provides dedicated support service for customers and Authorised Business Partners, administration of SybizCover and general enquiries. Please contact your nearest Sybiz office for assitance.

  • Are you open on public holidays?

    Sybiz offices are closed on national public holidays and occasionally on regional holidays (or operating with reduced staff).

  • What happens if my software license needs renewing on a public holiday?

    If your SybizCover is up to date, you can unlock your software at any time.

    If your SybizCover is due to expire, we encourage you to send unlock requests through at the earliest possible convenience on normal business days for processing.

    Your Sybiz software will notify you from 21 days prior to your renewal date.

    Sybiz Vision from version 15.20 and Sybiz Visipay from version 16.00 will automatically fetch a new license after your SybizCover renewal has been processed.

  • I have a great idea for a new feature!

    Our development team is constantly looking for new ways to improve our software. If you have an idea for improving how Sybiz software works in your organisation, speak with your Sybiz Authorised Business Partner. They will discuss it with you, find out what you are trying to achieve and advise whether it is already possible.

    If we aren’t already creating a solution, then your Business Partner can lodge a request on your behalf.

  • Can I run Sybiz Vision and Sybiz Visipay on a Mac OS or iOS device?

    Sybiz Vision and Sybiz Visipay are Windows-native. However, Mac OS and iOS users do have a number of options to use Sybiz solutions.
     
    Intel Macs can be easily configured to run a Windows operating system in parallel to a Mac OS X operating system using Apple's Bootcamp application or a 3rd party application, such as Parallels.
     
    Sybiz Cloud also allows Mac and iOS users to access their Sybiz solutions through a secure browser client.
