User defined sales processes can be allocated to leads and opportunities in Sybiz Vision CRM.
Sales Processes allow you to specify the relevant stages and their sequence for any given sales process.
As you configure your sales processes you can designate default probability estimates for reporting purposes. In addition you can control at which stage(s) a lead needs to get to before it is able to be converted to an opportunity. Similarly you can designate which opportunity stages are required before an opportunity can be marked as won.
