Description: Sybiz Vision Classic users are unable to Web Unlock as the web API URL has been deprecated by Microsoft.
Affected versions: Sybiz Vision Classic (all versions) and Sybiz Vision Service Manager
Workarounds: Contact Sybiz BusinessCare to generate a manual unlock code
Resolution: Manual unlocks can only be generated for versions not currently subject to obsolesence. The facility to unlock obsolete versions of Sybiz Vision Classic through manual code generation no longer exists and users are advised to upgrade to the latest version of Sybiz Vision.
