Sybiz's Classic solution no longer has the capacity to keep up with changing business needs and evolving technology. Development for Sybiz Vision Classic ended on 31 December 2020 as the first stage in a process of deprecation. Support for Sybiz Vision Classic ended on 31 December 2021. Licenses for the full functionality of the Sybiz Vision Classic product will cease to be issued beyond 31 December 2025, effectively meaning the product will no longer be suitable for day-to-day operations of a business.

The new Sybiz Vision, available on premise or in the cloud, contains functionality that can propel your business potential, vastly streamline everyday tasks, or open new opportunities. And with the Classic solution approaching end of life, now is the time to make the transition.   • What is the new Sybiz Vision?

    The rebuilt Sybiz Vision is not a simple update to our Classic program but a brand new, future-proof ERP solution.

    Annual releases have introduced significant new functionality such as CRM, Service Management and mobile integration. However, improvements and new features are added all throughout the year.     Many users have found the new Sybiz Vision has reduced the need for multiple systems, thereby reducing costs and improving accessibility.

    And with the new Sybiz Vision also available in the cloud, you can truly take your business to new frontiers.

    You can see a brief overview of the standard functionality available in Sybiz Vision but the real power of this incredible ERP solution comes alive when paired with your business.   • Why do I need to upgrade?

    Accessing new functionality isn’t the only reason to keep your business technology up to date. Updating also means staying on top of hardware requirements, meeting compliance regulations, and protecting yourself against cybersecurity threats. Properly securing the financial solution that drives your operational performance every day should be a major consideration for every business.

    Furthermore, the increasingly outdated technology that powers Sybiz Vision Classic is not fully compatible with the latest Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 10, and may lead to problems if running on new hardware.

    Earlier versions of Sybiz Vision Classic (up to version 11) have been undergoing a gradual process of deprecation since 2016. The deprecation of Sybiz Vision Classic version 12 will be the final stage in this process and began with the end of any future development (bug fixes, legislative updates, new functionality, etc.) on 31 December 2020 and the end of support on 31 December 2021.

  • How long do I have to make the transition?

    The reception from the Sybiz community has been clear: the vast majority of Sybiz users have upgraded to the new Sybiz Vision. With support having ended for Sybiz Vision Classic on 31 December 2021 you need to upgrade swiftly if not done so already.

    Upgrading doesn’t need to be a daunting undertaking. Sybiz Vision can also gradually evolve over time - allowing you to start with a basic implementation and slowly transition your business processes. We know that finding the right path for you is critical to a successful upgrade.
