Following on from the Vision Jobs mobile app release in 2022, Sybiz are set to release Vision Service this November, the sixth app in a fast-growing mobile suite.
The new dedicated service app, soon to be available on both iOS and Android, will allow mobile technicians to manage their service requests and callouts on or off-site, whilst also managing service-related functions such as purchase orders, callout details, multi-service requests, and appointments.
Service technicians will be able to scroll through their schedules for the day or weeks ahead and connect to their next location via the maps function when location services are enabled.
Unique to Vision Service, all new workflows have been introduced into Sybiz Vision to help users navigate through their unique business process of service requests from start to finish. Workflow Stages and Steps can be configured to track service-related information that needs to be invoiced or followed up with such as calling the customer, travel time, work time, and more. Service Workflows will be especially useful for tracking chargeable consumables whilst onsite.
Sybiz's mobile solutions have been developed to cater for specific user roles and adapted to provide flexibility and control that will be familiar to Sybiz Vision users. Sybiz mobile apps are connected directly to your Sybiz ERP or payroll solution, meaning information that gets added or updated via the app, gets updated into your linked database for other staff to see. With offline app availability, information will be updated in your Sybiz database when you reconnect to the internet.
