STP reporting during ATO disruptions The Australian Tax Office experienced an outage of its Single Touch Payroll services on Friday 12 October. Due to the design of the STP solution for Sybiz Visipay, our users may not have even noticed the interruption.

One of the great advantages of the Sybiz Employer Portal is that disruptions in ATO services will not significantly impact the ability to submit your STP reports as usual. Even if there is an interruption in ATO services, users can upload and submit their STP report through the Sybiz Employer Portal as normal. The Sybiz Employer Portal stores the uploaded data and continues to attempt submitting the report until it is successful. There is no need for users to manually re-attempt submission.
