Sybiz Visipay 22.20, the first version of software from Sybiz that will be capable of reporting Single Touch Payroll Phase 2 (STP2), has now been made available to customers.
Although Sybiz’s STP2 deferral has been extended until 31 October 2022 to help stagger the ATO’s transitional workload, this new version of Sybiz Visipay is available on schedule and ahead of the new financial year. The additional time afforded by the STP2 deferral extension will allow our customers more time to make sure they have upgraded; their data is up to date and ready to report come 1 November 2022.
Sybiz Visipay 22.20 has been released with the new deferral date pre-configured, meaning STP1 reporting will not switch over to STP2 for our customers until 1 November 2022. There is no action required by users to switch to STP2 if intending on starting at this time.
Whether you are starting with STP2 on 1 November 2022 or have a separate deferral until a later date, Sybiz customers can upgrade to the new version immediately.
The new version of Sybiz Visipay includes further changes to help our customers prepare for STP2, updates to superannuation reporting for 2022/23, as well as other minor improvements to the software. Sybiz Visipay’s mobile app, Visipay ESS, is also receiving a major enhancement as part of this release, and now includes Timesheet Management functionality from directly within the app.
The latest version of Sybiz Visipay is available to customers now via web update. Speak to your Sybiz Authorised Business Partner to arrange your upgrade and talk about STP2 if you haven’t done so already.
